About Philip and his yoga journey

Philip discovered the boundless benefits of yoga whilst training at Drama School in London and has continued his practice with Sivananda Yoga for over 20 years. He cherishes the vibrant yoga community available in St Leonards. By further deepening his knowledge and practice, he has found a closer alignment with himself, which he eagerly shares with others.
