ABOUT PHILIP
Helping people reconnect with who they truly are — in life and in work.
For more than 40 years, I've explored one question: "what allows human beings to feel more fully alive, authentic, and connected — both to themselves and to one another?"
LAW TO DRAMA TO HUMAN CONNECTION
From rules to roles, from intellect to embodiment.
I began with a degree in Law before training at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. That movement shaped much of what would follow. My background in drama became more than performance training — it became a lifelong study of identity, communication, emotional truth, presence, and the stories we unconsciously live inside.
Over time I found myself drawn toward the deeper dynamics beneath leadership, organisations, and relationships — not simply how people perform, but how they connect, how they communicate, and how they become more fully themselves.
A HUMAN-CENTRED APPROACH TO CHANGE
Throughout my career I've worked internationally with leaders, organisations, and teams seeking more honest, meaningful, and human ways of working together — including collaborations, through narrative and behavioural change initiatives, with organisations such as:
Disney · HBO · UNICEF · ASDA · Fortune 500 companies
Plus more than 25 years working alongside The Mind Gym on behavioural psychology and cultural change

It's not about becoming someone else. It is about uncovering what has always been there beneath adaptation and self-protection."
ON STORYTELLING, PRESENCE & TRANSFORMATION
THE HUMAN ELEMENT
Transformation begins when people feel genuinely met.
Not managed.
Not fixed.
Not reshaped into an ideal.
But seen.
Much of modern life pulls us away from ourselves — toward performance, image, speed, and disconnection. When people reconnect with themselves more truthfully, everything changes: how they lead, communicate, relate, and live.
