September 9 2026 | Finding Your Voice - A half-day workshop in Hastings
Most of us learned to speak in a way that keeps us safe — polite, measured, palatable. This workshop is for anyone ready to find the voice underneath that one: the one that's honest, embodied, and genuinely theirs.
Drawing on breathwork, vocal exploration, and reflective coaching, Philip guides small groups through a day of noticing where they perform rather than express — and practising what it feels like to do otherwise.
Who it's for
Anyone who's ever left a conversation wishing they'd said what they actually meant. No performing or public-speaking experience needed — this isn't about polish, it's about presence.
What happens
- Breath and body work to loosen the grip of habitual performance
- Guided vocal exercises exploring tone, pace, and honesty
- Small-group reflective exercises on where and why we mute ourselves
- A closing circle to voice one true thing, out loud
What people leave with
A more direct relationship with their own voice — and a felt sense of what it costs to hide it, and what it opens up to let it out.
